PowerMax Steel 24 inch Plyobox provides one of the most common plyometric exercises. Jumping on and off plyoboxes is one of the best exercises for improving leg power, speed and strength. Box is made from 1 inch square steel tubing and the top platform is steel reinforced 1/4 inch aluminum, covered with a rubber surface for excellent traction. Anti-skid rubber pads on base corners prevent slipping and damage to floors. Latex free tapered box allows for greater stability and stacking. Sold individually.
