CanDo MVP Balance System Set With Rack And Balance Boards

CanDo MVP Balance System offers 4 different non-skid platforms and 5 different color-coded instability balls to choose from. Modular balance system allows platform stability to be altered for creating various difficulty levels. Balance system provides ankle range-of-motion and flexibility, core stability, improved posture as well as proprioceptive training. Each board can be used either as a wobble board, if 1 ball is inserted into the center position or rocker board, if 2 balls are inserted into opposing side positions. Also one ball can be also positioned off center to aid in range-of-motion and stretching activities. Smaller instability balls offer the least instability and the larger instability balls offer the greatest instability. Larger platforms can limit the instability. Measures 32 x 9 x 32 inches.
